EchoPark Automotive in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assistant Recon Manager to join our brand‑new dealership opening mid‑October 2026. The role requires travel for orientation and training at other EchoPark locations.

As Assistant Recon Coach, you will support daily reconditioning operations, drive production to meet commitments and inventory targets, monitor aging units, partner with technicians and vendors, and uphold safety, quality, and cost controls across repairs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Recon Manager in overseeing daily reconditioning operations.

• Monitor aging units and ensure timely completion.
• Partner with technicians, parts, and vendors to remove roadblocks.
• Maintain high quality, cost control, and safety standards across all repairs.
• Validate recommended repairs and adherence to our Reconditioning Standards.
• Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and team accountability.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is looking for an Assistant Recon Manager to join our team at our our brand new dealership in Orlando, FL opening Mid- October 2026.Must be available to travel for orientation and training at another one of our locations.

Our Assistant Recon Coach's priority is to support their teams in delivering vehicles reconditioned within our quality and time standards.The Assistant Recon Coach is accountable for achieving the desired targets for volume, quality and time standards, guest satisfaction, profitability, market share, and brand identity.
