Big Brand Tire & Service in Camarillo, CA is hiring an Automotive Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, help guests, and supervise advisors and technicians. You will set the game plan, ensure a safe, efficient shop, and drive sales with accurate estimates.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive service management or retail repair leadership, a strong service-sales background, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years in automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Open availability, including weekends, to lead during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: open/close, set daily game plan, maintain shop safety and efficiency.
• Own the guest experience: greet, advise, build estimates, explain work clearly, close sales.
• Bridge between techs and customers; translate inspections into recommendations.
• Develop the team: coach advisors and techs, reinforce processes, celebrate wins.
• Run the business: inventory & ordering, cash handling, scheduling, KPI tracking.
• Cover the deck when Store Manager is out; model elite standards on every shift.

Automotive Assistant Manager:
