Job summary

Oshkosh Delivery, an Oshkosh company, is seeking an Assembler I to build assemblies and sub-assemblies for commercial delivery vehicles. You will position, fasten, and test components across multiple stations while following safety and 5S practices.

The role emphasizes manual dexterity, teamwork, and attention to quality as you drive continuous improvements and support defect reduction. Prior assembly experience in manufacturing is preferred, with basic math and reading skills required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble components at different workstations and route harnesses.
• Position and fasten subassemblies using tools and torqueing as per instructions.
• Perform function testing and validation checks on completed assemblies.
• Maintain 5S and safe working environment; uphold safety rules and practices.
• Identify defects and assist in corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
