Job summary

Mobis North America is seeking a Supplemental Team Member to participate in the assembly of quality automotive components, focusing on safety, quality and productivity in our Toledo, Ohio manufacturing facility. You will work across multiple stations to maintain a smooth flow, adhere to SPC and Automotive Quality Requirements, and assist the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing automotive environment.
• Must be able to lift 20–50 lbs and operate fastening tools.
• Understand SPC and Automotive Quality Requirements.
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member to maintain safety, quality and productivity.
• Perform tasks to sustain an orderly flow of product through manufacturing.
• Be able to work at all trained workstations without safety or quality issues.
• Assist the Production Supervisor with additional duties as needed.
