Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services is seeking Assembly Operators for a fast-paced, high-volume production facility in Auburn Hills, MI. You will assemble small automotive parts by hand or load components into automated machinery, and perform visual inspections to strict standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours per shift.
• Capable of bending, twisting, reaching and repetitive hand movements.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work mandatory overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small automotive parts by hand or load components into automated machinery.
• Perform visual inspections of parts to engineering standards.
• Identify and report defects or scrap parts.
• Maintain strict cycle times to meet production quotas.
• Pack finished parts into containers or totes.
• Use fixtures, jigs, or torque tools as required.
• Maintain basic logs tracking production numbers and downtime.
