Job summary

PrideStaff, Inc. is hiring an Assembly Operator for an automotive facility in Moraine, OH. This role offers a steady 40-hour week with a 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shift and a base pay of $15.00 per hour plus a $1.00 premium on direct hire.

You will be part of a high-energy team focused on quality and efficiency. Requirements include at least 6 months in manufacturing or assembly, a HS diploma or GED, ability to read simple blueprints, basic math, and the stamina to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in manufacturing, assembly, or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read simple blueprints and follow instructions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to stand and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints to assemble components to specification.
• Inspect and test parts during assembly to ensure quality.
• Label parts, pick inventory, and deliver components to keep line moving.
• Support Lean initiatives and assist with setup reductions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot production delays.
