Job summary

Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking an Assembly/Sequencing Associate for the 2nd shift to operate production line equipment, finish products, and report any issues to supervision.

The role requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift/move materials, and work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting. A high school diploma and 1+ year manufacturing experience are a plus. Teamwork and safety are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble goods on production lines following applicable work instructions.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Follow Company's philosophies and values at all times.
• Maintain a safe work environment through good housekeeping in work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to safe work practices at all times.
• Monitor the production process and assist the team to achieve production goals.
• Ensure that all production and quality systems are followed at all times.
• Ensure that information is communicated and acted upon to allow the team to improve.
• Help the team meet customer expectations.
• Feed raw materials into production machinery.
• Store goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse.
• Use lifting equipment to fulfill orders.
• Pack goods to be shipped.
• All other duties as assigned.
