Job summary

Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring for assembly, quality and logistics roles in West Point, GA. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, competitive starting pay, and benefits. Shift options include day and night with bonuses and pay raises as you advance.

This is a climate-controlled auto manufacturing facility with growth opportunities. Applicants should be at least 18, able to stand and lift up to 35 lbs, and willing to undergo a drug screen and background check.

• Good vision and ability to read work instructions
• 1+ year of assembly experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal, foam, fabric/leather and electronic components using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools, fixtures and jigs
• Recognize defective parts and remove from production
• Perform material handling functions as required
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
• Follow all safety and anti-mutilation policies

Assembler Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal, foam, fabric/leather and electronic components using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools, fixtures and jigs

Assembler Requirements:

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Ability to stand, reach and lift up to 35 lbs throughout entire shift (8+ hours per day)
• Good close vision, peripheral vision, focus and ability to read/understand written work instructions
• 1+ year of experience in assembly is preferred
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
