Hendrick BMW CPO Facility in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Apprentice Technician to support the Service Team. In this learning capacity you will assist with identifying service needs and performing repairs, maintenance, and related tasks to grow toward a Service Technician role.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Technical training or commensurate technical experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Eligible for NAPA & manufacturer training.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Master/Service Technician with examining customer vehicles.
• Assist with identifying necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with estimating cost of repairs.
• Record services performed.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participate in required training.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Observe safety rules and regulations.
