You will evaluate cars, trucks, and other motor vehicles based on age, make, model, mileage, and overall condition, providing accurate assessments in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Adjuster License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Examines vehicles to assess structural, body, mechanical, electrical or interior damage.
• Estimates labor and parts costs for repairs or replacement.
• Reviews repair estimates with shop managers and foremen.
• Interacts with customers to provide accurate, timely updates on claims.
• Prepares inspection reports following industry standards.
• Maintains accurate records and supports claim handlers as needed.
