AAA Club Alliance in Wilmington, DE seeks an Automotive Business Analytics Specialist for a hybrid role with onsite presence Tue–Thu and remote on Mon and Fri. You will analyze purchasing behavior, membership metrics, and product usage to inform strategy.

The role requires 3–5 years of data/financial analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau to create dashboards and reports for leadership. Collaboration with FP&A and BI is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of data/financial analysis or reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions.

Responsibilities

• Use analytical tools to identify variances, trends, and correlations in purchasing behavior, product usage, and KPIs.
• Analyze and interpret financial and sales data; produce reports and communicate findings clearly.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for sales and technology initiatives.
