Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician in the Simpsonville area to operate alignment equipment, measure caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, and perform tire-related services. You will ensure customers’ vehicles travel straight and true by precise adjustments and alignment work.

The role includes state-mandated inspections, oil changes and basic vehicle repairs, with weekly pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.

Responsibilities

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull and reach for tire maintenance.
• Lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.

We're looking for a full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Simpsonville, SC area. About the Position of Automotive Alignment Technician

Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our Automotive Alignment Technicians reduce customer's tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. Mavis's Alignment Technicians also complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.
