We're looking for a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Alpharetta, GA area. About the Position of Automotive Alignment Technician

Automotive Alignment Technicians use the latest equipment to align newly‑mounted tires and wheels on customers’ vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our technicians reduce customer tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. They also complete state‑mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.

Qualifications

To be eligible you must be at least 18 years of age, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess at least one year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. It is preferred that applicants possess a state inspection license.

Physical Demands

Automotive Alignment Technicians are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. They must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
