Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking an Automotive Alignment Technician to join our Eastpointe service center. You will use modern equipment to align wheels and ensure safe, smooth vehicle operation while delivering quality customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of tire mounting/balancing experience, a valid work authorization in the United States, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay, incentives, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old (implied).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments using modern alignment equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles.
• Identify alignment and tire wear concerns.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs, oil and filter changes, and other automotive services.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, where applicable.
• Maintain Mavis standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
