Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Nanuet, NY area is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. You will use state-of-the-art equipment to align tires and wheels and ensure vehicles track straight and true.

The role includes routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire services, with on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth. Applicants must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and have 1 year of tire mounting/balancing

Qualifications

• Eligibility: 18+; legally authorized to work in the United States; 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent.
• State inspection license preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb and lift items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using state-of-the-art equipment to measure caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and keep vehicles tracking straight and true.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil and filter changes and flat repairs; complete other required automotive service.
