Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Plano, TX area is hiring a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. Use modern equipment to align tires and wheels, adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles for proper wear and steering.

You will also complete state inspections, oil changes, and flat repairs, with benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid vacations, PTO, holidays, life insurance, on-the-job training, and growth

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.
Minimum 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
State inspection license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
Reduce tire wear and keep vehicles traveling straight and true.
Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs.
Perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs.
