Job summary

Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking experienced Automotive Alignment Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Oceana Virginia Beach, VA area. This full-time role offers competitive weekly pay, a path for career growth, and opportunities to work with the latest alignment equipment.

You'll perform wheel alignments, measure caster/camber/toe, rotate/balance tires, and help with related automotive services.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments using modern alignment equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles.
• Identify alignment and tire wear concerns.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs, oil and filter changes, and other automotive services.
• Complete state-inspected inspections, where applicable.
• Maintain Mavis standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
