You will install and diagnose accessories for customer and company-owned vehicles, coordinating with Sales and Operations to complete each installation on time and to high standards.

The role emphasizes careful interpretation of wiring diagrams, meticulous workmanship, and clear communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience installing automotive aftermarket accessories, including suspension, wheels/tires, and 12-volt electronics.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and safe use of diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and vehicle specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple installations, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install aftermarket vehicle accessories such as lift and lowering kits, bed covers, wheels/tires, and off-road lighting.
• Mount, balance, and install new and take-off wheels and tires.
• Install 12-volt accessories like remote starts, speakers, dash cameras, and in-dash units.
• Verify compatibility before starting installation; communicate concerns or changes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure proper function and safety.
• Complete installations per manufacturer specs, company procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; care for tools properly.
• Communicate with customers, Sales, and Operations about status and timelines.
