Job summary

Caliber Collision's Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice position in Tacoma/Puyallup, WA offers a paid apprenticeship with mentorship to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations per OE specifications. You will gain hands-on experience across manufacturers in a production shop and have a clear path to advance within seven months.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21+ years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards.
• Work under mentorship to gain hands-on calibration skills across multiple manufacturers.

Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology.
