Protech Automotive Solutions is offering a paid Calibration Technician Apprentice program in Palo Alto, CA. You will receive mentorship to learn ADAS calibrations per OE specs and advance toward a technician role within seven months, in a hands-on production shop.

You will be paid weekly, eligible for overtime, and receive benefits from day one, including medical, dental and vision, plus opportunities for internal career growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for insurance.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations per OE specs.
• Train and graduate to Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by month 7.
• Work in a production shop with mentorship and ongoing education.

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice.

In this paid apprenticeship you will be provided mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this roll.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy

• Must be able to pass all pre‑employment screenings including background and MVR checks

• Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWNLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
