Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions in the United States is offering a paid Calibration Technician Apprentice program in Mississippi. You will learn to perform a wide range of ADAS calibrations by following OE specs, under mentorship. Training includes I-CAR and ASE certifications with a pathway to a full technician role within seven months.

• Work with the calibration team to gain hands-on experience across manufacturers.
• Participate in ongoing virtual support and education to stay updated on vehicle technology.
• Aim to graduate from Apprentice to Technician role within 7 months.

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice.

In this paid apprenticeship you will be provided mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this roll.

Requirements

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience

Abilites/Skills/Knownledge

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
