Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking an Apprentice Calibration Technician to begin a career in auto calibration. You will learn to perform Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations by following OE specs, under mentorship, in a production shop environment.

The apprenticeship offers paid weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and pathways to become a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration within seven months, with training in I-CAR and ASE as you progress.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for insurance coverage.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Automotive experience is nice to have but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards.
• Receive mentorship and training to become a calibrated technician across manufacturers.
• Aim to graduate to Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of month seven in this role.

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice.

In this paid apprenticeship you will be provided mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this roll.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre‑employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
