Qualifications

• Accounting background and automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily journal entries from POS reports and postings.
• Process daily credit card batches and postings.
• Post vendor invoices and walk-in check requests daily.
• Process weekly credit card charges and AP payments.
• Run monthly bank account reconciliations and vendor statements.
• Assist Controller with reports, research, and ad hoc tasks.
