Job summary

Radco, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a motivated guest-focused Retail Associate to help Guests customize their vehicles. You will sell accessories, assist Guests with selections, and explain installation procedures to ensure satisfaction.

The role involves a 5-day workweek with Saturdays paid an extra $5 per hour. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth through thorough training and performance-based advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

• Candidates should be passionate about working with Guests and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sell exciting automotive accessories to Guests to customize their rides.
• Assist Guests in selecting products such as tonneau covers, toppers, mudflaps, lighting, and more.
• Explain installation procedures and educate Guests about product features.
• Generate sales through in-store, phone, and follow-up interactions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Build long-term Guest relations and repeat business.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate installation schedules.
• Communicate updates with Guests during installation.
• Demonstrate product usage to Guests and bring vehicles to them when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and displays.
• Show passion for vehicles and accessories.
• Create experiences of excellence in the store with outstanding service.

We’re looking for a motivated and Guest-focused individual to join our Team! This position will assist Guests with enhancing and customizing their vehicles! If you enjoy cars, sales, and assisting Guests with finding the right products, this is a great opportunity to grow with our Company! This individual would work a 5-day workweek made up of 4 weekdays and Saturday, having a weekday and Sundays off! This position earns an extra $5.00/hr. for each hour worked on Saturday!

Key responsibilities of the position:

• Sell exciting accessories to Guests to customize their rides!


• Assist Guests in selecting automotive accessories, such as tonneau covers, toppers, mudflaps, lighting, and more!


• Communicate with and listen to Guests to understand their desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.


• Informing and educating Guests about available products and the features of each one.


• Generate sales through in-store, phone, and follow-up interactions.


• Meet or exceed individual and Team sales goals!


• Building long-term Guest relations and repeat business.


• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate installation schedule.


• Communicating updates with Guests as required during installation process.


• Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate how to use their new products and their features.


• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and product displays.


• Requires a passion for vehicles, accessories, and working with Guests!

Prior automotive experience is a plus though is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available to those willing to grow. Candidates must be passionate about working in the exciting Automotive industry!

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00+ (and an extra $5.00/hr. for each hour worked on Saturday) and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
