Job description

We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

In this position...

The Automotive Accessories Growth Manager drives revenue and profitability growth across the automotive accessories’ portfolio. This role uses market, customer, sales, cost, and inventory insights to identify opportunities and improve product and channel performance.

Role requires working closely with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to align product demand, sourcing, launch plans, pricing, and sales execution. They connect these functions to deliver accessories that meet customer needs and business targets.

Success in this role depends on strong analytical, data-modeling, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to learn the business and translate data into a clear story.

What You'll Do...
  • Develop and execute data-informed strategies to grow accessory sales, revenue, gross margin, and attachment rates across the vehicle purchase, service, and ownership experience.
  • Independently manage analytical work from defining the business question through data gathering, modeling, insight development, and communication.
  • Build and maintain data models, dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, business cases, templates, and reporting tools to monitor performance and support decisions.
  • Analyze sales, pricing, demand, customer, channel, cost, inventory, supplier, and product-readiness data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and root causes.
  • Recommend actions on pricing, promotions, product bundles, merchandising, assortment, and availability that balance customer value with business performance.
  • Partner with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to align forecasts, sourcing and cost insights, product development readiness, launches, and channel execution.
  • Collaborate with dealerships and channel partners to strengthen product knowledge, sales processes, and execution.
  • Apply AI and automation where appropriate to improve analytical workflows, reporting, and efficiency.
  • Communicate clear, concise findings and recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership; influence decisions through credible analysis.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts and share effective practices across teams or markets.
What Success Looks Like
  • Partners have reliable, consistent tools and KPIs to understand business performance.
  • Independent analysis produces actionable insights and measurable improvements.
  • Cross-functional teams share a clearer view of demand, costs, product readiness, and go-to-market performance.
  • AI and automation improve efficiency while appropriate quality checks remain in place.
  • Leaders and partners understand what the data says, why it matters, and what to do next.
You'll have...
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data modeling, revenue management, strategy, planning, or a related discipline; able to build models, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with AI-enabled tools and the judgment to apply them responsibly to business analysis and workflow improvement.
  • 2+ years project-management experience, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence partners without direct authority.
Even better, you may have...
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguous questions and imperfect data.
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in automotive accessories, aftermarket parts, dealership operations, retail, merchandising, or commercial revenue management is a plus, but not required. Must be able to learn a new product area and its business drivers.

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company.

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home?
