Boeser Transmission & Auto, Inc. seeks an experienced Automotive Technician for our upcoming A-Tech position in Savage, MN.

The role requires at least five years in the automotive field and offers a ground-floor opportunity as we move into a new, air-conditioned facility with modern equipment and multiple hoists per technician. Auto 'A' Tech - UPCOMING NEW A/C FACILITY

Position: Automotive Technician: A-Tech. Company: Boeser Transmission & Auto Inc.

We are looking for an experienced automotive technician(s) with a minimum of five years In the general automotive field. Get into the ground floor of our shop before we move into our new facility!

Job Description:

• A new facility will give a minimum of 2-3 hoists per technician. 9 total.
• Air-conditioned shop for those hot summer days.
• All new equipment. Hoists, alignment hoist.
• Large drive-on hoist for bigger vehicles.
• Bright lighting for a great work experience.
• Highly dense population in the area for ease of access for customers.
• Projected heavy workload per technician.
• Aggressive pay scale that is performance & profit sharing based.
• Paid holidays time off / 6 holidays per year.
• Paid vacation after 6 months (40 hours).
• Paid vacation of an additional 40 hours after 1 year, 80 hours/year after that.
