Coforge is hiring a highly experienced SDET Lead in Houston, TX. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing, with ETL testing exposure. You will lead a QA team and ensure high-quality software releases.

The candidate should possess 12+ years in software testing, strong articulation, and the ability to mentor SDETs in an Agile environment.

Competenze

Summary:

• We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient SDET Lead with 12+ years of experience in software testing, specializing in Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks for UI, API, mobile, Exposure to Database Testing utilizing tools like ETL.

Education and Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or similar area of study.
• Total of 10-12 years of experience of testing in automation, functional
• Excellent interpretation and articulation, Speed and Accuracy, Attention to Detail
• Experience with ETL testing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks for UI, API, mobile
• Expertise in automation tools:
• UI: Selenium/Playwright/Cypress
• API: RestAssured, Postman
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in defect tracking tools like JIRA
• Exposure to Database Testing utilizing tools like Snowflake/Oracle DB
• Lead and mentor QA engineers and SDETs.

Soft Skills
