Job summary

Emerson is seeking an engineering internship in Colorado to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure. You will review product requirements, collaborate across teams, and analyze change impacts on testing schedules while supporting manufacturing test systems and creating robust hardware interfaces.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's in engineering
• Zero (0) years of related experience
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure.
• Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges.
• Provide analysis for change requests considering the impact to product testing and schedule
• Support manufacturing test systems by working with global manufacturing, solving issues, and deploying/maintaining test stations
• Create hardware that is robust with simple and functional user interfaces.
• Develop & maintain supporting documentation (service manual, troubleshooting guide, etc.)
• Provide technical support for test stations
