Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tosca Automation Tester with 2-7 years of experience in software testing and automation, preferably within the Health Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca automation, strong knowledge of healthcare payer processes, and experience testing applications such as TruCare. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and testing needs.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure testing activities comply with healthcare industry standards and organizational quality processes.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support production validation and post-release testing activities as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD integration.
• Exposure to HL7, EDI, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial Health Plans.
