Job summary

MRC Global US Inc in Texas is seeking a skilled technician to perform manufacturing, assembly, and testing of electrical and pneumatic automated valve assemblies. You will pull stock, inspect materials, document non-conformances, and support on-time deliveries.

The role requires reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and PID diagrams, plus basic electrical/pneumatic knowledge. A high school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years mechanical/industrial experience and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• One year of mechanical experience.
• Two years of related industry experience in valve automation or similar environment.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license.
• Ability to read schematics and PID diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test mechanical, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic valve assemblies.
• Pull stock and buyout items for assembly and shipment.
• Inspect materials to meet customer specs and industry codes.
• Document non-conforming material and corrective actions.
• Coordinate communication between sales, warehouse, and customers.
