Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, ID is seeking an Automation Technician to troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and computer-controlled systems. You will monitor automated systems and HMIs, interpret PLC logic, and support electrical prints to keep production running safely.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in electrical technology and hands-on experience with 4-20mA loops, VFDs, Rockwell PLCs, Wonderware Intouch, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology or related field.
• Experience with 4-20mA control loops and MCCs.
• Proficient with Rockwell PLC programming and View Studio ME.

Responsibilities

• Monitor automated systems and troubleshoot using PLC programs.
• Troubleshoot HMI systems and make adjustments as needed.
• Interpret electrical prints and PI&Ds to support maintenance and safety.
