Job summary

Kelvion Products seeks a Software Systems Engineer to design, develop, and implement systems-level software and hardware solutions supporting engineering, manufacturing, and business processes. You will integrate software with ERP, CAD, PLM, and document control platforms to improve automation and operational efficiency.

The role requires experience in software development, system integration, database technologies, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
Experience with software development, system integration, engineering applications, and database technologies.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents and communicate effectively with all levels.
Ability to present technical concepts, recommendations, and solutions to management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, program, and implement software, hardware, computer, and network solutions for internal processes.
Integrate software with ERP, CAD, PLM, and document control platforms.
Automate calculations, workflows, and reporting processes.
Conduct needs assessments for software solutions and perform database modeling.
Develop applications using Visual C++, Visual Basic, SQL, and related technologies; Python and iLogic preferred.
Engineer software solutions using diagrams and UML to ensure proper program flow.
Design embedded and network systems to support cohesion and automation.
Create technical documentation and maintain design records.
Provide training and support to software users and manage change control.
