ICS Online, a leader in industrial control panels and factory automation, is seeking an Automation Specialist in California. You will design control systems, program PLC/HMI, configure networks, and support startup and commissioning across customer sites.
The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, experience with PLCs/HMI/SCADA, and travel to client sites. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

The Automation Specialist is responsible for delivering industrial control and information system solutions that meet client requirements. This role supports the design, development, implementation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing support of automation systems and related technologies. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively to design control systems, program PLC and HMI applications, configure industrial networks, and support system startup and troubleshooting activities.

This position is non‑exempt. Compensation is dependent on skill level. The base salary range for this position is between $73,000 and $94,000 annually. Benefits package and incentives are provided. We generally offer employees working 21 hours per work or more medical, dental, vision, along with voluntary ancillary benefits. The Company has a 401(k)-match program and has company‑paid life and AD&D insurance available for eligible employees.
