Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field
• Certifications or additional training in automation a plus
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, IPA, and workflow automation
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or VB.NET with ability to develop automation workflows

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the consulting team to support end-to-end automation engagements, understanding business goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Implement solutions according to design documents and technical direction
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement automation projects effectively
• Conduct testing and QA of automation solutions, addressing issues or bugs
• Support monitoring and evaluation of implemented projects, collecting data to assess business impact
• Stay up-to-date with automation trends and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop project plans, deliverables, and timelines
• Document automation processes, specifications, and user manuals for knowledge sharing
• Guide associate consultants in coding practices
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and development/presentation of SDDs
• Present push-papers or use cases to business stakeholders
