US Farathane is seeking an Automation Technician to maintain automated systems and optimize production processes. You will connect and disconnect secondary equipment, move tooling between presses, and diagnose issues to keep lines running smoothly.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on problem solving. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and able to follow instructions and report to the Automation department.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation equipment (i.e. Perform minor sensor adjustments).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all automation processes.
• Report Automation department when any tool pack or secondary has an issue.
• Organize the current tool package and main frames.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining automated systems to optimize production processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Connect and disconnect the secondary equipment correctly (Power, Air, communication connections) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Move the secondary equipment from storage to the corresponding press and return it after every finish run.
• Check list machine and set it for every run.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation equipment (i.e. Perform minor sensor adjustments).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all automation processes.
• Report Automation department when any tool pack or secondary has an issue.
• Organize the current tool package and main frames.

QUALIFICATIONS:

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
