Qualifications

  • Engineering or technical degree required or preferred.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, and manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to read engineering prints and schematics.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Support plant operations by implementing automation and new equipment.
  • Perform efficient changeovers and programming during product changes.
  • Implement collaborative robots and automation to reduce labor dependency and risk.
  • Troubleshoot robotic and automation problems during production.
  • Design, improve, and maintain automation work cells using mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills.
  • Support safety initiatives and plant safety policies.
