Responsibilities

• Configure SKU settings using computer console.
• Observe product on conveyor to detect defects, misalignment and correct as needed.
• Supply robot case packer with shippers.
• Stop equipment to clear jams and inform lead/supervisor or maintenance of malfunctions.
• Maintain records related to production, including date codes and product labels.
• Follow SQF principles pertinent to the position as specified by the SQF Practitioner.
• Report any food safety and human safety concerns to QA, Safety Manager or FSQ Manager.
• Adhere to safety policies and incorporate health in all tasks.
• Assist with sanitation in the packaging area as needed.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
