Job summary

Newell Brands in Neosho, MO is seeking a hands-on team member to assess and resolve faults in automated vehicle systems within our distribution center. You will use a tablet to identify issue locations, log findings, and ensure timely resolution to maximize uptime and KPI performance.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1-2 years PKMS exposure (SAP preferred), strong communication, ability to multitask, and composure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.

Job Overview :

Position will be responsible for assessing and resolving faults generated from automated vehicles. Faults can be due to vehicle encountering debris, bad pallets, stretch wrap, falling or misaligned loads among other things. The successful candidate will utilize a tablet and reports to assess where the faults are occurring and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Candidate will also be responsible for tracking and escalating faults to ensure automated vehicles have maximum uptime and meet established KPI metrics.
