Job summary

QSI Automation, Inc. seeks an Automation Project & Account Manager to lead design and build of custom automation systems, while ensuring superior customer service and sales support.

This full-time salary position covers project coordination from quote through install, with responsibilities across internal teams and customer communications. The ideal candidate has automation experience, CAD proficiency, and the ability to travel within the US.

Qualifications

• Experience with automation and equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Minimal travel inside the US.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on quotes, project details, and management.
• Set up new job orders, concepting, and order entry.
• Lead kickoff meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Automation Manager, ME Manager, and CE Manager.
• Manage project scheduling and shipping/receiving communications.
• Prepare follow up quotes, revisions, and adder quotes.
• Oversee assembly and controls scheduling and manpower.
• Support marketing, lead generation, and reps communications.
