Job summary

Thermo Systems in Henderson, NV is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the execution of automation and control systems integration projects. The ideal candidate will manage projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring safety and alignment with project specifications.

Education requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in complex systems integration environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex industrial or systems integration projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project documentation on active job sites.
• PMP certification or progress toward certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects through defined project phases from execution start through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with PMO standards.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
