Job summary

Synergy Staffing in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex automation projects from scope to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets and change orders while aligning with client expectations and technical leads to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong experience with automation/controls, MES, SCADA and PLC projects, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, engineering or related field is strongly preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management
• Experience managing automation/control system projects
• Strong knowledge with estimating systems and MS Project/GANTT charts
• Experience with industrial automation projects and MES
• Experience with SCADA, Instrumentation, Controls, HMI and PLC projects
• Excellent customer service attitude, attention to detail, high level of organizational skills, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
