Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with power system automation and related products.
• Experience training customers on design, configuration, validation, installation, and operation of automation systems.
• Ability to prepare functional design specifications and detailed design documents.
• Knowledge of industry protocols such as IEC-61850, DNP, and Modbus, and Ethernet systems.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist customers with automation system design, configuration, validation, installation, and operation.
• Prepare and maintain design documents, reports, checklists, test reports, and deliverables.
• Provide support for marketing, sales, application engineering, and development activities.
• Complete work within scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring quality and safety.
• Continuously identify, measure, and improve engineering processes.
• Travel to client sites nationwide on short notice.
