Qualifications

Experience leading technical, engineering, infrastructure or manufacturing projects.
Strong ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in risk, issue, action, and dependency management.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple organisations.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate automation project activities, ensuring deployment and readiness across sites.
Establish and maintain project governance, including action tracking, risk mitigation and escalation.
Collaborate with Automation Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Vendors.
Oversee readiness planning and deployment for automation platforms, equipment and operations.
Prepare and present project status updates, dashboards and leadership communications.
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure actions and dependencies are managed to completion.
