Siemens Energy is seeking a Digitalization Specialist – Process & Automation to bridge internal customers across Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain with developers and process experts in the US and globally. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, drive delivery, and support adoption of new ways of working.

Competenze

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or digitalization projects with proactive delivery ownership.
• Solid knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath, Mendix, or Power Automate; hands-on experience with these or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with BPMN, Signavio, or Visio and familiarity with agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills translating between business and technical perspectives; able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating in international teams; German language skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Partner with internal customers to analyze and map business processes, facilitate workshops, and uncover opportunities to simplify work and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate automation opportunities and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions using RPA, low-code, AI and workflow tools.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for developers.
• Coordinate stakeholders from kickoff to go-live, manage priorities and dependencies, track progress, escalate risks early.
• Support testing and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet expectations; enable adoption through training and documentation.
• Measure the business impact of delivered automations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
