Job summary

Hoffman- seeks a PLC Programmer to design, develop, and deploy PLC programs for building and industrial systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation and alignment with specifications.

You will collaborate with design engineers and field teams, develop control strategies, and support integration with SCADA/HMI, performing simulations, tests, and commissioning as needed. Travel up to 30% to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience programming Rockwell and/or Siemens PLC
• Reading electrical drawings and P&IDs
• Strong understanding of BAS controls and plant processes

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field teams to integrate control strategies
• Perform testing and commissioning including bench tests and on-site validation
