Job summary

WaterForce seeks an Electrical Control Panel Technician to assemble, test, repair, and upgrade automation panels at the Triadelphia, WV shop. You will support panel builds, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure accurate repair records in CMMS.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, knowledge of electrical schematics, and teamwork to support engineering, programming, and field operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, or control panels.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Experience with CMMS or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, test, repair, and refurbish control panels and related equipment.
• Support new panel builds and modernization projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on automation control systems.
• Execute panel retrofits to migrate legacy assets to current hardware.
