Job summary

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift to 50lbs and to work near moving mechanical parts while wearing PPE.
  • Willingness to work as a team and treat colleagues with respect.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain automated equipment while following SOPs.
  • Suggest process improvements.
  • Perform inline QC checks to ensure quality products are being produced.
  • Follow cGMP processes.
  • Track production using batch records following GDP.
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work area.
  • Mentor less experienced personnel in the above procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Work at different workstations as needed to meet production requirements.
  • Attendance/Punctuality: Consistently be on time and ready for work.

The Automation Operator is responsible for various day-to-day functions, from set-up and loading to operating automation machinery with efficiency. They are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and operating production equipment and are also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should.

Responsibilities

Suggest process improvements.

Base understand and willing to learn Kazen, 6’S, KPI, Gemba walk, SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
