Job summary

SBA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Davie County, NC manufacturing facility. You will maintain highly automated production equipment, focusing on reliability, safety, and efficiency.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and work with Production, Engineering, and Automation teams to improve machine availability and OEE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Experience with automated production equipment (robotics is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on highly automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, align, lubricate, and replace bearings, belts, gears, shafts, and couplings.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in SAP or CMMS and coordinate with Production/Engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety procedures and ensure a safe work environment.
