Job summary

You will work in a self-directed team, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and receive on-the-job training. The schedule is rotating with a 12-hour night shift, providing exposure to a dynamic production setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills (English).
• Basic math skills and interpersonal skills.
• One to two years of previous manufacturing/production experience is preferred.
• Must have good dexterity and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Must certify on multiple processes.
• May perform manual manufacturing operations such as manual packing.
• Monitor product quality per task instructions.
• Conducts on‑the‑job training for other associates.
• Operate multiple processes on high speed automated or semi-automated equipment.
• Participate in all equipment changeovers or set‑ups.
• Maintain records and documents as required.
• Follow safety and quality policies and procedures.
