• Hourly Pay: $35.00+ (based upon experience)
• Shift premium: $1.50 hourly
• Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM

Minimum Requirements

• Vocational or technical certification in a related field or 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of 480 volts and pneumatic equipment (intermediate level)
• Working knowledge of computer-based equipment maintenance and parts inventory systems (intermediate)
• Demonstrated independent problem-solving capability (intermediate)
• Ability to use PLC and HMI programming software; familiarity with Allen Bradley, Ignition, Wonderware preferred (intermediate)
• Understanding of 24VDC control systems, photoelectric & proximity sensors (intermediate)
• Experience with programming/troubleshooting servo and stepper motors and related software (intermediate)
• Ability to troubleshoot/program barcode scanners and vision systems (intermediate)
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out, fall restraint, forklift/MHE safety (intermediate)
• Knowledge of operating MHE such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc. (intermediate)
• Ability to work independently safely, including at heights

Responsibilities

• Ensure PM entries are complete and accurate
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems effectively
• Maintain spare parts and inventory records
• Participate in developing and improving maintenance policies and procedures
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
• Ensure compliance with GMPs
• Establish work schedules to meet operational and PM demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Participate in safety and lean programs, supporting Ryder culture
